About this provider
The VIA Program is a coach-led, non-competitive swim team-style program for swimmers who already know how to swim, so it is not a learn-to-swim class. 1 New swimmers complete an evaluation so coaches can recommend an age group and training track. 6 Core classes work on stroke technique and breathing, fitness classes on endurance, and pursuit classes on advanced skills such as IM work and pacing. 11 The club also runs a learn-to-swim program for children and adults, taught by trained instructors with a swimming background. 14
