    4. Our curriculum encompasses a wide variety of martial arts styles that include a focus on
    5. self defense practices. On your road to Black Belt you will learn what we like
    6. to call the Forged Four. The Forged Four is a specific blend of four martial
    7. arts styles that are melded and forged into our own unique style.
    8. Once a student reaches Black Belt, they will begin training in other interesting styles such
    9. as weapons training, Systema (Russian hand-to-hand combat), and Dem Mok.
    10. Our youth martial arts programs are geared towards students age 4-14.
