    1. Our Level 1 classes will focus on skills like forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels,
    2. front supports, casts, beam walks and more. Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Tumble Track and Trampolines
    3. will all be used in the class.
    4. More challenging skills will be introduced in addition to more conditioning and flexibility in the
    5. Level 2 classes. The Level 2 class focus will be on new skill mastery, performing
    6. skills in a sequence and focusing on perfecting basic skills and training the concept of
    7. technique.
    8. Level 3 and Level 4 classes will focus not only on new skill mastery, but
    9. on perfecting the technique of skills learned in levels 2.
    10. We will also introduce gymnastics’ dance technique and dedicate more time to learning routines.
    11. Evaluations are for those kids who have had gymnastics at another gymnastics facility or a
    12. returning students that would like to be placed in a Level 2+ class.
    13. Evaluations will last 5-10 minutes. At the end of the evaluation a K2 coach will
    14. advise you on the best fit class for your child.
