    4. Therefore, as our players progress in their development and build on the fundamentals they are
    5. taught, they are promoted to a higher level, such as level 2 and eventually move
    6. During practices, we run drills that simulate real game situations.
    7. This helps players understand how skills are used under pressure, at game speed, and in
    8. Our coaches actively coach during practice, not just supervise.
    9. As drills are being run, players receive:
    10. Teaching moments to improve technique and understanding
    11. Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring. Our leagues welcome both boys and girls aged 7-18, catering
