The kids kickboxing program blends traditional Chinese combat techniques with modern athletic training, covering kicking, striking, footwork, takedowns and sweeps. 1 Teaching starts with the most practical movements before higher-level concepts, with controlled sparring, conditioning and a structured, safety-first setting. 4 Competition is optional, and some students may be invited to an advanced competition team called Tiger Track. 10 The school has served Katy since 2004 and is led by a head instructor holding senior ranks in Ving Tsun and Wing Chun systems. 14
